My ex is moving abroad and taking my son with her, does anyone know if I still have to pay maintainence. We have a consent order that says I have t pay until he finishes full time education . He's about to do his A levels and will do his first year here then transfer his studies when they move. My son can't live with me. Any advice would be appreciated

The basic answer is yes, if you stop paying, then your ex could get the order enforced in court still, though would be harder for her to do obviously since she isn't in the country. When was the consent order made and what calculation are you using to pay?
