Had confirmation by Ex via her solictor that she will not be opposing the application. I take this means she wont be opposing me gaining contact but might still oppose some of my proposals?

Maybe she's realised she is hurting your kid? maybe she's realised what you are preapred to do to keep being in your kids life.

don't drop your guard though mate....push for all the time with your kids you can get.

keep on fighting and let us know how it goes.

I dont intend to drop my guard for all I know she's ticked the wrong box on the form she returned. Still if she has I'll try and push it through saying she;s had the paperwork to review before signing the form so under stood the questions. It might also be that her solicotor has told her to accept the proposals as it already looks bad on her just now and further deinal would prove my case. D-12 now till the court hearing and still heard nothing from CAFCASS!

I'd drop CAFCASS a call.....ask to speak with the case worker....i know they're busy they'll say but at least you've made contact and it shows you as wanting to know things as opposed to sitting and waiting for them.

I did phone CAFCASS up this morning off my own back and explained I was concerned that time was ticking and that there were 4days where the work would not be done due to weekends.

I was told it's the norm for them to contact the parents the week before the case and they have 2 days prior to the case to submit it I highlighted that this would be on a Saturday if that was the case. I also explained that my job might make it difficult to take the call so I've asked that they call me this Friday afternoon as the phone call takes around 45mins.
