Even though legal aid is abolished can i still get my family court legal fees paid for with Family court exemption? has i'm currently getting JSA.

Thank you NJ Oh and a update for you... ive managed to arrange a face to face meeting with a cafcass manager and he wants to look at my past court bundle with me which will expose lots of lies by my EX. And hopefully could change things in my favour.
