Hey all .
I'm self representing and due the submission of my statement for a final dispute hearing in a week or two...
My query is, is there a template we can recommend... There's loads out there and some just want basic detail, some want really broken down relationship detail...
I just need to be sure I'm using the right format...
I have lots of evidence and my notes are already 19 pages long so need loads of cutting down, but it's all grouped together in topics and then with topics, in chronological order....
I have my partner willing to give a witness statement but also not sure if they need to attend court or just sign the statement of truth.
Any ideas?/ Links would be great.
