Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some advice and tips for my final hearing at court on Monday (22/10/12). I compiled quite a large statement along with a lot of supporting evidence to help me with keeping my son. today i have recieved my ex partners statement, which isnt a patch on mine, all of about 3 pages, without evidence. up until now since October 2011, we have had a shared care arrangement where we have equal time with our son (7 nights in 2 weeks), but now she wants the majority of the time, having our son, Monday to Friday and I know for a fact that it is all because of the benefits money and have proof of this. if anyone could give me some tips on what could help me, I would be so greatful

thanks

Hi

If you haven't already done so, read yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal eagle section. Also, it may be worth having a word with the CCLC through their webchat facility - the link to their website is at the bottom of Dad.info's webpage.
