Well got my final hearing tomorrow, Haven't done a statement as such however have sent a letter to the Ex's solictor stating what I expect contact wise.

Her solicitor started droning on about some timing issues etc and claimed the weekend went "quite well" Judge then told her to shut up and pointed out he wasn't here to preside over fine tuning agreements and that this case would be dropped from the county courts down to the magistrates to sort out He also didn't feel we were the type who needed a contested hearing. So we have agreed to a session of mediation to sort out the final arrangements. Her solicitor then started getting cheeky in the meeting room with the woman who will be doing the mediation as I was explaining I wanted to sort stuff out and highlighted what I was seeking and hoped that we could work together. The solicitor then butted in stating I was being overbearing why I don't know I was calm spoke slowly and clearly I suspect she was just stirring it. She then proceeded to gob off saying that as I had said ex wife shes not "your client your ex wife she is called Lisa bit ironic as she always addresses her letters as my client. Then when the mediator is asking my address she buts in starting to finish my sentence for me. I think she'll be getting a few choice words in a letter tomorrow reminding her of her behavior and if she tries it on again she'll be getting reported to her legal body for inappropriate behavior.
In a nut shell got the ex to meet me half way I'll give her some funds to cover fuel as she's lost her job but I'll be asking for some sort of proof this is the case and it will highlighted this is only for the period of her unemployment and only for her only not if she sends any other person up.
