[Solved] Financial disclosure

I have to make the financial disclosure for the settlement. I have bank statements showing the total amount of my monthly income being paid into the bank. Will I have to provide wage slips? I am not worried about the total amount – I am happy to disclose, but on my wage slip the total is broken down into my wage and an allowance for my children. I am worried that my ex, and her solicitor, will use the allowance figures stated on the slip as the basis for what I have to pay. The problem being that the allowance accounts for a significant part of my net wage and I could not afford to give it to her.

Hi,

is this with regards to a divorce. Financial settlements as part of a divorce DO require wage slips.

The reality is that the CSA deduct a set formula for the number of children. eg 20% if you have two.

She can apply for more but becomes murky waters when your not married etc....
