Hi all,

I've applied for an enforcement order as a litigant in person, and have just recieved the date for the directions hearing. Obviously I've got a lot of home work to do, but have any of you been through this proccess? What can I expect and what happens next?

Any info or advice would be welcomed enormously! :woohoo:

When's your hearing for? i'm at court for Enforcement of Contact Order on the 28th Jan.

i've been LIP for about 15mth now and finding it working well...very scary at first, a lot of work preparation and remembering what to bring up but i'm coping well with it....but i do have virtually everything in my favour due to my ex not being as smart as she thinks she is and keeps breaking contact despite the courts and cafcass not having any concerns (cos there aren't any!!! arrrghhh!!!) and that she keeps trying to be a smart ar*e with the courts and refusing to attend court hearings!

I assume you already have but just checking that you already have a Contact Order and a Warning Notice Attached?

there are one or two posts on here about Enforcement orders so try them out.....Yoji's Advice on Representing yourself is very very helpful.

Good luck

I'm in on the 18th Feb.

I have an order with a warning attached, but recently it's been breached numerous times. I feel quite confident at the moment, but that'slikely to change as I approach the time! :woohoo:
