Wondering if anyone can help my partner and i??? He has two sons one 15 and one 12. in 2011 we had to take his ex to court to get contact and also parental responsibility regarding his boys. Now after an incident of extremely bad behaviour from the young boy my partners ex is not allowing him to see his children. I know this legally goes against the contact order, she has also changed pick up points etc to her convenience. What do we do next??????

When you are next back in court you can bring this up.

Or (I stand to be corrected for English procedures) but in Scotland, you could raise a motion and bring the case back to court sooner than the next date for failing to obtempur a court order.

She will be in serious bother, however you need to remember that 'your not doing this to spite her'. Obviously your partner will be pissed that she has done this but you need to make it come across that you've brought the case back to court as your child is not getting the required time with your partner due to his ex not following the court order without reasonable excuse.

when my ex did this i was advised to contact court and i'd need to get an enforcement order attachment to the contact order. before that you need to ensure you have a warning notice attached to the contact order.
if you've not got a warning notice on the contact order then you'll need to apply to court to get the warning notice added.

contact the court that issued the contact order and speak with them, they should tell you what form and they can send you one out if you ask them to.

also try the search facility in this forum for "enforcing contact order" or "enforcement order" there are a few posts about this topic.
