Thankyou ferfer. They did say at the urgent hearing that this needed to be done before the next hearing but from what I’ve read it’s normally CAFCASS that recommend this so I’m a bit confused?
It was a district judge who said this? I’m guessing I will know for sure once I receive the paperwork
You had a urgent hearing so cafcass wouldn't of had a chance to make a recommendation. the judge has the final say especially a district one. Its ordered now so if she is drinking to excess it will show up.
