Can i add the police contact details, as they are the only one who know about the whereabouts of my wife and kids?

If so, would it have to be the specific constable who dealt with the missing person case or or simply state the Regional police involved?

If the disclosure order is made who will it have to be served to?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm not paying csa and can not afford a solicitor. Wasn't sure if i had to do all the leg work or the courts do that, thanks for clarifying it. The police officer name and extension number and case log number should be suffice then.
