hi friends, need some advice. my wife left with my 2 months daughter in june 2012. she left on false domestic violence allegations. the police did not charge me with anything.
the herts county council privided her a house in bradford. the last contact i had with my child and wife was in dec2012. she promised tha she would allow me contact and said she wanted time till june 2013 to decide. she hasnt contacted me since and has not given me any of her numbers or address.
i filed a c4 form with the court to locate the whereabouts of my chile. i also filed in c100 for a contact order. since i did not know the address of my wife i filed in c4 form as well naming herts and bradford county concil.
now i have received letter from the court with a court date. i have been asked to serve the notice to the concils so that they can also attend the court. i am representing myself in court.
behind the notice of proceedings letter it states that "note 4 if you want to apply for an order in respect of the children named on the notic fill in form c2"
my question is:
a. what is this c2 form?
b. i have already made an application for contact c100. how is this different from c2?
c. is there anything i need to keep in mind while attending court
thanks again
raghu
