Hi

First off, I have moved this to it's own thread so it's not lost within the wrong topic.

When you say that she maried you for the Visa, do you have any proof of this, or is it just something she's said? The problem is that if it's something she's said, then it's not going to be worth pursuing this line.

However, the first problem you have is where she has gone. Does she have any contacts over here, or any means of income?

Hi Smith,

Welcome to the forum.

As per actd's questions but also, failing that: If you want to know where to find your child, you will need to complete a C4 (seek and locate form) and file it in to your local court with the appropriate fee.

And can I win The court in this case?
I want to stay with my child!
Or what she got visa, child(child is British),dump me with big debs, getting devours, and court will give her green light???
Maby I have to inform home office? Can you imagine if every one will do that and heaving no problems from court!??
