I have gone through a long battle & have custody of 3 out of 5 of my children. My 2nd son is in care as he did not want to live with me, my daughter lives with her mother & I have the other 3 boys. My daughter is now 16 & in full time employment. Do I still have to pay CSA to my Ex??

Quite simply no! The rules are up to the age of 16 unless in full time non advanced education. As she is in full time employment then you will not be liable. If the mother is still claiming child benefit the CSA will probably not be very helpful about accepting that you don't need to pay. They base liability on wether the resident parent is in receipt of child benefit. Give them a call and tell them the current situation and see what they say.

If you have three boys living with you, is your ex not paying you maintenance?

Good point actd! Even if she is on benefits you would be entitled to a minimum payment of £5 from her benefit payment.
