Hi,
I have been on the edge on submitting a C100 & C1A for a couple of months, this has not been done yet for various reasons.
Now I have read that legal aid will not be available for my ex as of April 13th which is obviously a good thing for me as it leaves us on a more level playing field.
So far she has sent me some solicitors letters and initiated mediation, all of which I know she can not afford so think she must have legal aid help. She has warned me that she is about to go back to her solicitors for a revised contact agreement (we don't have any court orders etc just verbal agreements so far). Do I take it she will already have been awarded a certificate for legal aid for when this reaches court? or can she only apply for that once I submit my C100 & C1A?
Many thanks in advance
