I am trying to get contact with my children but the hearing is dragging (started in Apiril 2013 but postponed again to September) and still I haven't even give supervised contact as the other party has made false allegations against me. My ex-wife and her parents would do everything to prevent me from having adequate contact with children, as they are very unreasonable people.
I am not very happy with my current barrister as she was not sure what she was saying to the judge and she was not clear about the CAFCAS report. So, I think that my current barrister is not a good one, so I need to find a good barrister who could represent me as she has also made false allegations against me for DV. I am not eligible for Legal Aid, so I have to pay privately and this is expensive. #
I wonder whether anyone came across a good barrister who charge reasonably.
