Well had my final hearing .... and yet again its been adjourned due to my ex's solicitor, after seeing my final proposal.... hahahaha

BUT......

I wrote my final proposal down as i'm not a professional speaker and in my practice 'runs' just ended up in tears reading it out. So it was suggested to me i handed it in to the usher to ask if the court if they would consider my final proposal in writing, which they agreed... phewwww 😉

Now the way i see it ....

This will be classed as a statement, but even though her solicitor has now got a copy so therefore now knows my angle (my son obv)
It seems to me ive got an extra statement in which they cant reply to , only in court can they reply and most of the time solicitors dont prepare speech's. So i get across my point and at this time and the next 4 weeks untill yet another Directions hearing the judges have my statement and they wont be able to submit one 😉

Once my case is all done and dusted i will post up everything i can offer for other dads to take a look at, i know all cases are not the same but i have had some great help from people who know what they are talking about ..... and would like to share for other dad's to gain more time with there kids.

I have 2500 words for final statement
1500 words cross examination questions for social worker
5000 words cross examination for my ex - this is, I feel is the best work, It took around 70 hours to complete.
1500 words final proposal

All of which have good info in them,

I AM very confident that i will get equal shared care agreement........... with the case i have prepared 😉

Just a word of caution…..if you do submit for others here to review/use as template for their own battles remember to keep case specifics out of it…names, dates, places, kids, ages etc… I’d hate for you ex to find it and lodge a complaint in court about you showing the world your case in the “secret family courts”.

Oh and good luck

Yes I have all ready thought about changing names etc and obv persnal details. But i feel some of the info in be valuable to other dads.

Especially by the way things are worded. There's different ways of saying things that will result in a different answer when under cross examination... just had some great help on how to cross examine its quite fun 😉 but also very stressful !

We've spent weeks doing cross examination.... and so glad i'm doing it my self, those solicitors would have never put in that much time and effort for my son.... and at the end of the day.... i'm doing it for my son..... solicitors dont do it for the kids they do it for one thing and one thing only...money... they dont care....

opppsss goin on again ....... haha

you need to be passionate and indigent (expressing stong displeasure at something considered unjust, offensive, insulting) but never rude or abusive etc...

Peace out

Hi Joe

Thinking about the warnings others have given, I wouldn't even post it up with names changed - if you ex googles any of the pertinent phrases in there, it's likely to pop up on google high up or top of the list - you may be safer offering it to other dads on a case by case basis over email or PM.
