Morning Everyone,

Has anyone persued the line of, "what about my childs Human Rights to a family life ie. Mummy AND DADDY?

Hi

I Think this is the way the courts now view all family cases to be fair, they no longer look at the rights of the parents to see the child, it is more around the childs rights to see the parents.

Aren't the proposed changes going to give those rights to the parents, and not to the child? that really does worry me in some circumstances.
