Hi DAD community, I wonder if anybody could help me find out how to get authority to speak to the csa on behalf of a friend? Do I need to write a letter? Is there a form?

Hi there

He could write a letter giving you power of attorney, telling them that he wants you to act on his behalf, but whether this would be enough I dont know...they may want to see some kind of legal document.

Best bet is to speak to the CSA and ask them what they would need to allow this.
