My ex removed my little girl from England over a year ago.I agreed to this as she promised that she would bring her over to seem me as often as possible.
I have been over to my little girl 7 times and her mother has refused to bring her over to see me not even once.(should have seen that one coming)

I had arranged to and paid for flights to bring my daughter back for the summer holidays and all dates were agreed.
My ex has now booked a holiday which means that i cannot pick my daughter as she will not be in the country.
She is also planning on taking her to Australia.
I need to know how quickly i can get an injunction on her from taking my Daughter out of the country.

I feel powerless.Can anyone help?

I have spent £1,000.'s with solicitors but they get richer and i still do not get anywhere.

Hi

Where is your little girl living at the moment? Also, do you still have a solicitor, and if so, what are they suggesting at present?

Thanks for that - I'll ask the CCLC for their advice, though will almost certainly be Monday now.

Dear Rob Blair,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately, as we can only advise in England and your child is in Belfast we will need to signpost you to the Northern Ireland Children Law Centre who should be able to assist you further. The contact number for the Northern Ireland Children Law Centre is 0808 808 5678.

Yours sincerely,

Childrens Legal Centre.
