Hi all,
Sorry for creating a couple of new posts regarding my upcoming interim hearing - Just starting to panic a little.
As a non bio dad that's been there since 3 weeks pregnant, has ALWAYS been considered daddy, had complete and unrestricted contact since birth (he's nearly 3) and with a ton of proof behind me regarding my character, the relationship my son and I have and so on,
Just what chance do I have in a court seeking an interim contact order? Is it something 'normal' or is it something very unlikely to be granted? I've also asked that an interim order be made so she has residency and I'll deal with the PRR and full contact at a later stage.
Am I getting my hopes up for something that just categorically just won't happen?
