Hi...anyone applied to share residence order recently..?due to legal aid changes i am on my own when it comes to court...any insight as to whats what would be appreciated..

hi

last august i represented myself and after being accused of all the negative bs dads get i have a final hearig coming up and ex has now offered me shared residence aggrement. 3 weekends a month half holidays bank holidays and so on.

It was abit scary at first but after the second hearing it wasnt that bad. but it depends on the circumstances.

if you need help or a chat pm me. ( i dont mind giving you a hand filling forms and writing up statements)
