Hi,

Does anyone know how you go about obtaining the Judge's rationale / justification for the Contact Orders they put in place.

Thanks

Hi

I'm not sure whether there is anything written beyond what they say in court. Do you have a solicitor representing you?

No, No solicitor.

If there are no notes how do they know the reason they placed the conditions on the case?

Basically, I am going back to court for a review regarding the supervised contact I have with my children, it is supervised by my current partner! I am hoping to get it lifted but am unsure of the initial reason it was put in place, other than to pacify the mother.

I would like to know the reasons for supervised contact being ordered to ensure I can evidence that I have addressed any points, if that makes sense.

Thanks again.

Hi

I'll ask the CCLC if they can shed any light on this, so keep checking back.
