Hi
I am seperating from my wife we have two children 3 & 1. She says i still have to pay mortgage to keep her in the house until the youngest is 18. Is this right or can it be sold & she has her half.

I'm sure others here can help you out, luckily i was not married to my ex when we split and i was informed that legally i had only to pay 50% of the mortgage so i'm not sure about when married.

Give these people a call....they offer free family law legal advice.

I'd give the Citizens Advice Bureau a call also - the CCLC probably can't advise on divorce issues
