i have filled out a legal aid form with my solicitor can anyone help me and let me know how long it takes for the certificate to come please?? my solicitor said 20days max? cant find any info on if this is true or not?
thanks basszebra.. how long did it take you to get a court date after you had your certificate?
...I dont think theres a set time and it seems to vary.... sorry i cant be more definate but if your solicitor says within 20 days, then thats what you should go on. My son got his within a couple of weeks if that helps. 🙂
wow thats way to long its a joke!!! the system needs to change.. atleast your doing something about it pal and i hope you get it sorted out soon, ano its hard but your right getting angry gets you nowhere. stick in there
