Hi there 🙂

Good news on the Legal Aid. I would make an appointment with your solicitor so that you can go over everything and talk about the next hearing. Make a list of things that you want to cover in case you forget!

As far as the mother and contact is concerned, if it were me I would have all the information about the Centre that is nearest to you ready for when she does make contact....but I wouldn't be contacting her to hurry things along....for someone that wants Residency and is saying you are withholding contact she isnt being very proactive in getting to see the baby. If its left for weeks and you dont hear anything, then it indicates that she isnt as bothered as she makes out, which you can bring up at the next hearing.

It was different for me as i changed from one benefit to another,if u dont hear soon ring them.It takes ages to get through but they are very helpful i found., I was lucky enough to be able to see my solicitor for advise before legal aid came through, but as Nannyjane told me in the beg.Start writing down anything u think will help your case,
