Hi all,

I have an important factfinder coming up and although i am in an exceptionally strong position i would prefer to be represented.

I am based hert/berks, can anyone recommend a barrister?

I prefer to not go through a firm of solicitors as they charge you to review your documents then appoint a barrister to do exactely the same again (what is the point in that).

Also what should i expect to pay for the prep work and 1.5 days attendance...

Its an important case but id rather go through it myself if i feel like im not getting value for money...also what should i expect to pay for this service?

Thanks in advance.

DT.

Hi DaveyT,

I recently paid £380 for a barrister to attend with me in Dorset.

My barrister is based in Portsmouth and I have his name which I could pass to you if its any use.

regards,

Dave

I've just googled barristers for your area and there are two websites that might be of interest to you...

www.stobartbarristers.co.uk

www.legal500.com

I hope that helps....sorry I cant give any personal recommendations, I'm from the North West.
