Hi - im new to this but it looks helpfull. Situation is X has just got a Registration of maintenance order (4 days ago) through the family court as i havnt been able to pay the full amout of maintenance in the consent order due to the business almost failing, which she doesn't beleive, but thats besides the point. My earnings drastically reduced and i am ordered to go to court and seems explain why ,and pay the arears and the monthly amounts to the court!. Which buy the way i haven't got but do have a house. I have a very good relationship with my kids and they say the family court has led her by the hand.
Anyone know if i can try and get this reduced and/ or the arreas waived oh and another thing Tertiary education if that A level suff , College or Uni?
Anybody point me in the right direction,
Thanks
