I moved out of our marital home at the beginning of the year leaving my wife and son in the house. The house is in my name. Due to access problems being created I plan to move back in to the house so . Are there any legal difficulties in this situation.
Thanks

Legally you have every right to move back in. Sensibly, it is bound to kick off a fight in which you will be the one arrested, kept in a cell overnight while she hotfoots it down to the court to get an order stopping you from going anywhere near the house. That will also make seeing your son even harder.

Legally yes, sensibly, NO

Simon, that bit of advice made me laugh in the way you phrased it, but I couldn't have put it better myself. 🙂
