Hi, I feel I have been let down terrably by my solicitor in the nightmare scenario that is almost TWO years in the making.

I have minimal contact (for no other reason than the law allows the bitter mother to dictate it this way) and I have two beautiful girls who have to suffer blatant alienation tactics and mental cruelty and have talked of their mother "hurting them when they are naughty". After several years of suffering physical and mental abuse myself from her I cannot stand by and watch/hear this any longer.

My daughters..........they are six and three years respectfully!!!!

How do I find legal representation of the highest calibre to look over what has happened/ is happening now and start and re-address the balance.

I am in the Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire Area and re-itorate that I want THE BEST there is, can you tell me where I start to look and get THE BEST?

I don't know solicitors in your area - where is your ex based as a matter of interest? If she's in a different area, then you may be best finding a solicitor in her area so that your solicitor doesn't have to travel if there is a court attendance (which will cost you a lot of money where he can do nothing but read).

My solicitor was excellent, but he's in London, and you are talking £300 per hour - but worth every penny in my opinion.

I am in Nottinghamshire and using a South Yorkshire Solicitor, She is in South Yorkshire and using South Yorkshire firm.

The case was moved from Sheffield Childrens Court (South Yorkshire) to Worksop Magistrates Court (Nottinghamshire)

The children reside in South Yorkshire with Her.

So I'm not sure where the proceedings would end up being........Sheffield?

Not sure why it would have been moved to Nottinghamshire - I would have thought that South Yorkshire would be the most cost effective as both solicitors would be closer. May be worth checking this.
