Hello,i am 39 years old Married man with two children,I have been married for 12 years,my kids are 4 and 8 years,we married in iran and our marrige is not registered here,we got a council house which is join tenancy,i spend more than 20000 pound to design and decoration in this house,I love my family,but I found out all this years i have been deceived by my wife,she brought her family as asylum seeker and they lied to every one so nobody knows she has family here,now they got leave to remain and working and making money,all this is ok but now my wife says i don't need you any more you have to leave and every things is mine :boohoo: all this years i didn't say any thing because of my kids who love me too much,in my past life in iran she was from poor family and i helped her to change her life and become a part of nice family ,but now she has forgotten every thing i have done for her and her family and wants every thing.last year she got breast cancer and i was beside her every moment till she recovered and now she gots posh car ,jewelery ,every thing which I bought it and ask me to leave,she says your are boring,I did every thing to keep family together but she dosent want me,i ask the advisor about my right they told me dont leave the house but one night she locked the door and my kids crying for me then I called police but after that police ask me to leave,so I dont know what i have to do,she ask e come to councill and tell them we want to separate and I asked her come to a solicitor and sign a separation agreement which I left every thing for you and your kids but in future dont ask me any thing she accepted but I am worry in future if I bulit new life every time she ask me for money because she love to have money and she threats me if not she will go to court and ask me to leave and then never let me see my kids,I have no one in this country I have never done any things wrong exept loving this woman,my son who is 8 years says wana stay with me and my wife looking for kids just for their benefit,so if i go to court and I prove she send my children money to Iran for her mum and forcing me to work and bring money home what will happen,thanks

From here on, everything that has happened with her family in the past is more or less irrelevant I'm afraid. I'm not sure what the status is with you marriage being registered in Iran - I think it might be wise to go and see the Citizens Advice Bureau to get some initial advice as there could be complications with your situation which would be worth checking on first.
