Hi there 🙂

With hindsight we would all do many things differently... one moment of madness and the repercussions are far reaching. Did you have legal representation last week or are you self representing? Have you been asked to do a position statement? When will your next hearing be?

If you feel that the report by the CAFCASS officer is wrong then you can complain, but it might be better to contact the CAFCASS officers manager in the first instance and discuss your concerns with them.

I wish I could give you some answers here, but the sad truth is that you will have to go through the process and do all that they ask of you, its going to take even more time....To my mind you have already been away from your daughter for long enough, and I agree that there is reason to believe that Parental Alienation might be playing its part here. There is an expert in this field, it might be worth having a read of her blog and dropping her a line for some advice. Heres a link -
