I have a 7 month old baby girl and me and her mother has split up, I have been given the hours of 4.30-7.15pm Monday, Wednesday and 9am-1pm Saturday
Yet this got stopped by her mother on Thursday just gone and now will not let me see my daughter until she has residence rights!
How long does this take?
This all started because I asked for more time with my daughter as I do not think 9.5 hours per week is enough when she has her 158.5 hours!

Hi

At this stage, I'd see if she is prepared to go to mediation to see if you can sort something out quickly. Otherwise, you need to be looking at an interim contact order to get contact started again as soon as possible.

I'd have a read of yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal eagle section so you know the process - the cost to apply is 200, but if your ex is applying for residence, then you can do this at the same time. I'd have a word with the CCLC (link at the bottom of this website) on Monday regarding gettting contact.
