At the last court hearing, the judge specifically stated that neither myself nor my ex husband were to file more evidence at the next hearing. My ex has ignored this, writing to my solicitor to request I send him my court bundle for him to add further information in!! I contacted court who reitterated-no more evidence to be filed. I emailed ex back stating what the court had advised. He has since sent my solicitor and myself more emails with a deadline for me to file further evidence. I asked him to provide me copies of what he intended to send to court, he replied I did not need to know! He has emailed again today requesting I sent him furhter information to put into bundle with another deadline!!! I may as well bang my head against a brick wall as he has taken no notice of court. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance ;;)

Hi there....what a control freak! I would ask him not to contact you directly about this but to deal with your solicitor. Your solicitor should be telling him that it isn't possible as per the judges instructions and that if he wanted to file further documents then he should do so directly with the court as you are not prepared to flout the orders of the court. Any documents he wishes to file he should also send copies to you or your solicitor, by refusing he is breaching court procedures and protocols.
I wouldn't worry about his behaviour, make a note of it and talk to the judge about his harassment at the next hearing. You are doing nothing wrong by refusing, he is by ignoring the order of the court.

NJ has hit the nail dead on, and when a Judge says no more evidence, he becomes a very unhappy Judge when one party tries to file further documents. As you have a Solicitor, he should not be contacting you, and your Solicitor should be telling him that the Court ordered no further evidence. Ignore the ex.

Let him shoot himself in the foot! After you have redirected him to your solicitor in writing, ignore him!

Thanks guys. The only thing is, I have to pay for my solicitors fee's so ex contacting my solicitor all the time will cost me more money.
It was my solicitor who told him to contact me.

On another note, I had little contact with my kids last night. My daughter was v strained on the phone, my son wanted to speak to me at his father house-they were at his mothers. I never recieved that call. I called today after work to see if I could speak with my son, I was not allowed. Eventually he asked my son if he wanted to speak to me,he did. My daughter knew I was on the phone, but he refused to let her speak to me. He didn't even ask her if she wanted to speak to me, he just put the phone down! I have contaced my solicitor over this and social services.

That's awful...I think that would be classed as emotional/psychological abuse! If the children come back upset or effected by this I would take them to see the GP and I would also talk to the school and ask to be kept informed of any changes tin their behaviour.

As far as the constant barrage of requests to file more....just ignore him, he's been told already!
