Do you have a Non-Mol against you or is this regarding a hearing coming up against you?

Give these people a call they have solicitors who can offer free legal advice -

If you have already recieved the Non-Mol againt you then i'd give them a call and see what their legal team say regarding the terms set out.

shes taken a non-mol order out on me and had me arrested for allegedly breaking into my own house. she says she has to live with her sister as she fears ill come back and do something (complete lies) the only person that made any threats was her, she threatened me with her family. I spoke to my solicitor today and asked to take the same non-mol order out on her as shes the 1 that has been threatening me.
Ive to speak to a solicitor on monday about contact and what sort of legal aid im entitled to, so it looks like im going to have to take it from there.

Hi theres no legal aid for family cases any more , not unless you can prove domestic violence, it sounds like you are getting in a [censored] for tat game. Solicitors are extremely expensive . I think you may be better spending your money and having some mediation

When you find you will not be able to get legal aid you might like to consider self representing. If you take a look at the stickys at the top of this section you'll find plenty of info about how to go about it.
