[Solved] non resident father's rights and obligations

the summary is my ex partner refuses to formalise my rights and obligations and sabotages access. The further complication is they live in London, i live in Cape Town (south africa) she took our daughter without notice. What are my resources and remedies, i cannot afford legal fees in UK £. I want to secure my rights esp of access and contact.

she was born in SA and i am on the birth cert as bio father

they left in Aug last year, i know where they are. when i thought she was reasonable i gave her written permission to take our daughter out of the country, but the actual migration some 3 years later was without notice.
