Its not easy to look at the positives in a case like this but the fact the hearing is being brought forward shows you the judge is fully aware of the need to act quickly.

You need now to prepare your statements and evidence to show you’re the best person to be looking after your children…..as you say you have been the homemaker since your little one was born and therefore that ought to go a long way to show you’re more than capable in equal terms of looking after the needs of your children.
I would ask the judge why he/she thought it best to remove the kids from the person they’ve known 24/7 for such a long time and hand them to someone who hardly knows them in that way!
I know she’s the mother but if you’ve been the primary carer for so long then why upset the children by taking them away from you just because you’re a man…a father!???

I'm so sorry to hear this, with the Social Services agreeing with you to keep them and the fact that you were the stay at home carer of the children, it should have gone in your favour in my opinion.

As I said to you before, you can never second guess a judges viewpoint, they are all different...My son has had a great judge who granted him custody back in 2011, a male judge but really thorough. Then more recently in March a female judge who completely ignored Social Services and CAFCASS reports highlighting safeguarding issues and risks, and ordered supervised contact at her mothers which is as good as no supervision at all....her mothers as bad as her!
