Thanks actd, it does state that yes.
I've thought about it more and do think it's just her trying to safeguard against me pulling a fast one and dropping the money after 12 months...or her trying her luck with CMS and it backfiring in the future.
I hate all this playing chess, trying to think of future events etc.
