Can anyone help me ? My ex and i had a child and when we split up she asked me to sign a parental rights form which i did.But in the 12 years since i have moved twice and lost my copy.Now i'm learning that my daughter has some health problems but neither her nor her mother will tell me anything about it.
Is there anything i can do to find out what is happening to her.
