How long must i wait for my back dated money, i have over payed by two years?

Two years going on three years.I had to find out were my son was, then tell the c.s.a that my son finish college two years ago?

This was after the c.s.a told me that i had to pay for one more year. i had to pay untill he was 20 years old?

Bad day when you have to pay the c.s.a two years extra never mind do their work for them as well?

Has this happen to anyone and could you help me out? with info on what to do next?

thanks

Hi there,

I think it might be the case that you will have to pursue the ex for the overpayment....I could be wrong.

Contact your local MP and give them the details of your case with the CSA...you'll find you get a much quicker response from them then!
you will of course have to prove that you've over paid for 2yrs.

Surely he CSA will then chase your ex for what amounts to her defrauding them not you!!!
