Im writing my position statement for court and its now at 9 pages long and growing.

How can I reduce it.

Any moderators with this experience who could proof read?

Hi There 🙂

What format are you using? Do you have a template to work from? If you would like to pm me with your email I can send you one. The template I used is the one from The Custody Minefield website.

What I did was write it out and then took each paragraph as a bullet point and reduced it down....if you get bogged down with too much detail it loses impact and the judge is likely to skip over it if its too long... and the important bits get lost.
