Hi guys i am new here but finally had enough of my solicitors who are not willing to assist me with my case quite frankly. They dont seem to be fighting my corner at all.
Long story short i split with my ex gf last october time and could see my daughter as often as i wanted, However since then she has now instructed her solicitor that i cant have my own time with her. If i want to see her i have to call at the house. I can not look at this female in the eye and do not want to be in her house supervised or not . My currant solicitor assured me for some of my actions will not matter what happened in the past as it was a realtionship breakdown and not a breakdown or danger to my daughter. There is now conflicting issues as her solicitors have said this is an issue!!!!. In the meantime fathers day came and went and like many heard nothing then recently discovered the ever fantastic facebook had a free for all thread on me not giving a hoot over my daughter.
This clearly is not the fact i want my daughter with me in our time thats all i am asking for. We are currently heading to mediation I will also change solicitors before this event who hopefully will fight for me not be as slack as the existing ones .
I cant keep affording the solicitors and been told im not eligible for legal aid, I dont earn the money i used to due to not been on my game at work and struggling to motivate for work. Ive been diagnosed with cluster headaches also and heading for a ct scan next couple of weeks. Psoriasis and boils have all reared the ugly heads once again i know this all relates from stress. Its my company but my living costs have drasticaly changed and become much lower therefore i dont need to take so much money from the business as my dividends declared last year. Costs me yet she can swan in and out without working costing her nothing who lives in a nice 3 bedroomed house and im in a converted rented garage!!!
Sorry guys

Hi,

Welcome to the site. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been facing. These are hard times and I know what it feels like to struggle to keep a business afloat in this economy. I also know what it's like to lose contact with your child in the midst of it all.

I know it must feel that you're isolated and alone in this, but you're not. We've all been through the ringer in one form or other, so you've come to the right place!

How old is your daughter? On what grounds is your ex limiting you to supervised contact?
