Help and advise please.

Tomorrow I am in court trying to get the return of my youngest after my ex refused to return her after having the 2 children for a 2 week break. Yes thats right she returned my 10 year old but told me that she is going to have the girl and she is going to live with her from now on.

Could anyone please help or advice that could help me prepare for tomorrow such have what does she have to prove to get her to keep my little girl and change the residency from me to her or anyone who could tell me what to expect.

Thanks

Gry

Hi Gry

I would suggest you ring the Childrens Legal Centre on their free hotline - not sure if it will be open on a bank holiday but worth the try. They will be able to give you some sound advice on what you can expect tomorrow.

Their contact detals can be found at the following link.

Dear Gary,

Thank you for contacting the Children’s Legal Centre, an independent charity concerned with law and policy affecting children and young people.

We have placed a response under your other post, entitled ‘Wife refused to return my youngest child’.

We hope this is helpful to you and do not hesitate to contact the Child Law Advice Lien on 0808 8020 008 if you require further assistance.

Kind regards
