hi i need a bit of help/advice i have to go and pick up kids so i can have them for weekends but am finding it very hard finatialy as im paying all my money out on bills and csa is there any way i can get my ex to make one of the jurneys either to drop kids to me or pick them up , ps me and ex dont talk at all now so she is making it as hard for me to see kids as possable but they want to see me as much as they can .

Is the CSA calculation being reduced by anything to allow for travel costs - if they are more than £15 per week, then anything above this can be deducted from your takehome pay that the CSA calculation is based on - it usually doesn't amount to much, but it's better than nothing.
A court may order your ex to do some of the journeys, but there's no guarantee, and you could end up going to court and making matters worse. It might be worth trying mediation first to see if there's any compromise that can be made.
