From what I've read on the forum this is a relatively common situation - woman carries on unreasonable behaviour - man says enough and teminates marriage contract. Woman demands that man leave house which he does then woman refuses access to finish house for sale or access to the kids. What is the legal position and who knows a good family solicitor in South London?

Hi

I'd have a word with the Citizens Advice Bureau in the first instance as t=our legal experts aren't able to advise on divorce matters.
