serve all the originals to court......and a copy to the solicitors. then wait for court to get back to you.

send them all recorded delivery or in person and have them signed for so you have proof on when they were served.

Hi there,

My son submitted the forms to court today. We went in person to the court and submitted a C100, C1a and an FM1. We had to present 3 copies of all the forms and the originals making 4 sets in total....The court keeps the originals, the three copies are for my son, CAFCASS and her solicitors. The court took all 4 copies and will send a copy out to each of the involved parties. So my son will get copies back plus the papers that he must then serve on the mother.

Hi, so i got my papers back from the court, so now i have to serve the papers, which i will hand in person to mothers solicitor and get them to sign for it. Am i correct in saying they get the C100 & C1A (i think so) but i also have 2 copies of 'transfer of proceedings to family court' and another 2 copies of ' the matter to be transferred to family court' do i serve a copy of these also to her solicitor?

Lastly:
Family proceedings court acknowledgement letter.
Is this for her solicitor to fill in and send to court?
In which case i'll to serve this to.....

Thanks for your continued advice 😉

edit:
Just read the acknowledgement letter and it seems i let her solicitor fill it in.... i'm a tad confused !!
