Hi all,
Do any of you actually have equal shared residence? I have had my directions hearing and when I spoke to cafcass I was asked what am I after residence wise. I said I am flexible as my job is flexible, so I said a week each alternately. I was told that in cafcass's research that 7 days each doesn't really work. does anyone have any experience of this? if so does it work? what are the pro's & con's?
The officer told me most do 3/4 days p.w. alternately. Again, does anyone use this method and what are the differences in it?
i'd be most grateful to have some feedback on this please.

I don't do this, but I'd say that the difference is that the child has a set routine each week, instead of alternating every week.
