im just starting court case as you will see from other posts I have asked for shared residency as I want push for as much as possible my question is at min because my wife left me high and dry will it matter im staying at my parents until I know what contact or if i can have shared residency fo first hearing will I need to hav my own place by then or can I say i wanting to look with the kids for something as a family
