[Solved] Short schedule of allegations

At the last hearing there was an order to file

1. Each party shall exchange short schedules of allegations by XX November 2013 and each shall respond to the other’s schedule by XX November 2013

Is this supposed to be in a similar format to a scott schedule or should this be longer eg a paragraph? And how many points shall I produce?

Should it follow a scott schedule or something different? I have googled it and not sure as to whether to put this into a box and then the respondent can deny or accept the allegation with supporting evidence?

Any input would be appreciated and how many points should I put in?

It sounds like a Scott schedule to me Boycie. I would follow the accepted format, do you have a template and examples to work from?

As far as what points to include, I think the most relevant but no need to be repetitive. Talk to Paul.
