Should I be getting a copy of my Ex's statement before my first hearing on Monday?

If she has submitted a position statement to court then she should've issued you with a copy.....my ex always leaves hers to a few days before court. i always send mine in by the date the court says they should be served on the other party.

i'm not 100% sure but i think they have to serve you anything they're to present/refer to in court at least 3-5days before the hearing date....like i say i'm not sure if its 3 days or a week before but i'm sure one of the guys wil be able to confirm that for us.

if you only get it a day before make sure that the judge is aware and if you need time to review it then let the judge know. i have heard of someone getting the others statement or extra evidence on the day of the hearing just before they're due to go in to court....that is just underhanded and i'm certain isn't allowed. but again inform the judge that.

Got ot this afternoon phoned her solicitor up today and requested it they claimed it was going in the post today I asked for it and all future corrospondance to be sent via email if it had gone out this afternoon i'd not have got it before Monday.

Anyway got it it's full of holes/lies which I'm going to rip to bits. And found out the [censored] has witheld the presents I've sent down for birthday/christmas I'm going to find out what's happened to them and seriously considering going to the police and reporting theft as stuff was personally addressed to my child. I'll use that again as leaverage.
